Financial Director

Job Description: The Financial Director plays a critical, hands-on role in supporting the Treasurer by managing the day-to-day financial operations. This position ensures staff, volunteers, and referees receive payments and that each clubhouse has the required canteen float. Reporting Structure: Reporting to the Club Treasurer, this is a Board Member position

Job Duties:

Weekly canteen cash and float reset in Cornwall and Hunter River
Tournament committee rep (All Girls Tournament, Central Queens Tournament, and U9 Jamboree)
Submits bi-weekly payroll
Oversees referee fees for both clubhouses
Supports accounts payable and receivable
Acts as Member liaison (refs, coaches, staff, etc).

Estimated Time Commitment: Approx. 4-10 hours a week in high season

All Girls Kick Off Tournament Chair

The All Girls Kick Off Tournament Chair leads the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of the annual tournament. This role oversees all operational, scheduling, and communication functions to ensure a smooth, well-organized, and positive experience for players, coaches, officials, and volunteers.

Job Duties:

Keep Tournament website updated
Call Meetings
Organize tournament committee
Monitor registrations
Respond to questions in tournament email inbox
Be available throughout the tournament to help ensure coverage of volunteer duties

Estimated Time Commitment: Approx. 4-10 hours a week during March-May & Approx. 15 hours + a week during June.
