TD Lead - Updated Position Description Position Overview - CLOSED

Hourly Rate: $20.00/hr+ 

The TD Lead is responsible for delivering and managing the Grassroots program at their assigned location (Hunter River or Cornwall) using the curriculum, structure, and standards developed by the Technical Director. This role ensures that all sessions run smoothly, coaches are supported, and communication flows effectively between the field and club leadership. The TD Lead also assists the Technical Director with U11 and U13 training sessions.

This position is central to maintaining consistency across locations, ensuring high-quality program execution, and supporting the club’s player development pathway.


Lead - Position Description Position Overview - CLOSED

Hourly Rate: $18.00/hr+

The Lead supports the delivery of RC United’s Grassroots and youth development programs by running on-field sessions, assisting coaches, and ensuring that all programming follows the curriculum created by the Technical Director. Leads work under the direction of the TD Lead to maintain consistency, quality, and safety across all age groups. They also assist with U11 and U13 training and contribute to tournaments, events, and general club operations.

This role is hands-on, field-focused, and essential to creating a positive, development-centered environment for young players.


Honorarium Student Coaches

Student Grassroots Coaches Wanted! We are excited to announce that we are now accepting applications for the 2026 Student Grassroots U7 and U9 Coaches! This is either a paid, duke hours, or bursary position open to students aged 15 years and older. We may consider applicants who are 14 years old and will turn 15 during the soccer season. 

RC United is expanding its player development team to strengthen the quality, consistency, and experience of our Grassroots and youth programs. 

We are seeking dedicated leaders who are passionate about creating positive training environments, supporting young athletes, and helping deliver the club’s technical vision


Canteen Attendant  - CLOSED

The Clubhouse/Canteen Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization within the clubhouse and canteen areas, monitoring supplies, and supporting basic game-day operations. This position plays a key role in creating a safe, tidy, and friendly environment for players, coaches, referees, and visitors.
